How to detect this suppression
Account Health > Condition Violations. Buyer complaints citing received item looks used/opened. Listing may be deactivated with "Used Item Sold as New" policy violation.
Fix steps
- 1Immediately audit all inventory currently in FBA to verify condition
- 2Create removal orders for any units you cannot confirm are genuinely factory-new
- 3Investigate your supply chain: were you accidentally receiving and resending returned units from a distributor?
- 4Implement receiving inspection for all incoming inventory
- 5Prepare a POA with: root cause analysis, corrective actions (removal orders, supply chain audit), preventive measures (receiving inspection process)
- 6Submit through Account Health
