Suppression: Account Health Below Threshold
Your overall Account Health Score has fallen below Amazon's minimum threshold (currently 150 for most markets), triggering deactivation of some or all listings. This happens when policy violations accumulate without resolution.
How to detect this suppression
Account Health dashboard shows your score below 200 (warning zone) or below 150 (deactivation risk). You receive emails from Amazon warning of imminent deactivation. Multiple unresolved violations are visible in Account Health.
Fix steps
- 1Go to Account Health and review every open violation
- 2Prioritize violations by severity: address Critical and High violations first
- 3For each violation: write and submit a POA specific to that violation
- 4Remove any products, listings, or practices that are generating recurring violations
- 5After addressing violations, check your score daily — it updates as violations are resolved
- 6If deactivated: submit a comprehensive account-level reinstatement appeal addressing all violations collectively
Appeal process
Each violation requires its own POA in most cases. For account-level deactivation, an umbrella reinstatement appeal addressing all violations is needed. This is the most complex appeal type and often requires multiple submissions.
