Amazon Listing Quality Dashboard: How to Use It to Fix Listings

How to navigate the Amazon Listing Quality Dashboard in Seller Central and use it to identify and fix listing quality gaps.

The Amazon Listing Quality Dashboard is located in Seller Central under Inventory > Manage All Inventory > filter the "Listing Quality" column. Amazon scores each ASIN from 0-100 based on how complete the listing is across several dimensions. The dashboard shows your score for each ASIN and flags specific improvement opportunities. Score components: Images (number of images, whether main image meets requirements, whether secondary image types are present); Title (length, content completeness); Bullets (number of bullets, estimated content quality); Description/A+ Content (presence and length); Product Attributes (how many required and recommended attributes are filled in); Customer Satisfaction (review rating and count). Using the dashboard: sort by listing quality score to find your worst-performing listings. Click on any ASIN to see specific recommendations. Amazon shows exactly which attributes are missing or suboptimal. The recommendations are ranked by potential impact on discoverability. Limitations of the score: it measures completeness, not quality. A listing can have a 95/100 quality score and still convert poorly if the content is not compelling, the images are mediocre, or the price is wrong. Use the quality dashboard for compliance and completeness gaps. Use actual Business Reports (unit session percentage) for conversion quality measurement. Both data sources together give you the complete picture of listing health.
