How to Fix: Missing Bullet Points
Why this happens
Listing was created without adding the five bullet points (key product features). Often happens when using flat file uploads where the bullet_point columns are left empty, or when the listing was created in a rush.
Step-by-step fix
- 1Go to Seller Central and open Manage Inventory
- 2Find the affected ASIN and click Edit
- 3Navigate to the Description tab
- 4Fill in all five bullet point fields — each should lead with a benefit, followed by the feature that delivers it
- 5Keep each bullet under 250 characters
- 6Save and allow up to 24 hours for the listing to update
