Your listing is suppressed specifically because it is missing a valid main image. The listing cannot appear in search until an image is added.
Why this happens
Main image deleted, rejected by Amazon's image review system, or listing created without an image.
How to fix it
Upload a compliant main image immediately. Pure white background, product only, minimum 1000px on longest side, JPEG format. Allow up to 24 hours for the listing to go live after image approval.
How to prevent it
Never create a listing without an image ready. Check image approval status the day after uploading.
