How to fix it
Remove all special characters, HTML tags, and symbols from your title. Allowed punctuation includes hyphens, commas, periods, and ampersands only. No quotation marks, exclamation points, or trademark symbols.
How to prevent it
Use plain text when writing titles. Strip formatting when pasting from any external source.
