Shipping Template Error
Your listing's shipping template has an error or is missing, causing checkout failures or incorrect shipping rates for customers.
Why this happens
The shipping template was deleted, a template migration left an invalid reference, or the template contains unsupported regions.
How to fix it
Go to Seller Central > Settings > Shipping Settings. Verify your template exists and the ASIN is assigned to a valid template. Reassign if needed.
How to prevent it
Audit shipping template assignments quarterly. Never delete a template without checking which ASINs use it first.
