Missing Main Image

Your listing has no main product image. Amazon requires every active listing to have a main image, and without one your listing is automatically suppressed.

Why this happens

The image was deleted, failed Amazon's upload process, or was never added. Sometimes a policy violation on a different listing triggers image removal across your catalog.

How to fix it

Go to Seller Central > Manage Inventory > find the ASIN > click Edit > Images tab. Upload a high-resolution JPEG or PNG of your product on a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255). The image must be at least 1000px on the longest side.

How to prevent it

Set up suppression alerts in your account health dashboard. Audit your image gallery quarterly. Keep backup copies of all product images in a cloud folder.

Typical resolution time: 1-3 hours
