The listing was created via flat file without bullet data, or the bullets were left blank during initial setup.
How to fix it
Add 5 bullet points covering: main benefit, secondary feature, material/build quality, compatibility/size, and warranty/guarantee. Each bullet should start with a capitalized keyword phrase.
How to prevent it
Make bullet points a required field in your product listing SOP. Never launch without all 5 bullets written.
