Why this happens
Keywords were not filled in during listing creation, or were wiped by a flat file update that left the field blank.
How to fix it
Go to Edit Listing > Keywords tab. Fill in all 250 bytes with unique, relevant keywords not already in your title and bullets. No commas needed, just space-separated terms.
How to prevent it
Backend keywords should be part of every listing launch. Build a keyword list before creating the listing.
