Lifestyle Image Used as Main Image
Your main image shows the product in a lifestyle or environmental context rather than isolated on a white background. Amazon prohibits this for main images.
Why this happens
A lifestyle image was accidentally uploaded to the main image slot, or a supplier provided images with lifestyle shots first.
How to fix it
Replace the main image (slot 1) with a clean product-only shot on pure white background. Move the lifestyle image to slots 2 through 9.
How to prevent it
Label your image files clearly: MAIN_white.jpg, LIFESTYLE_1.jpg, etc. Never upload to slot 1 without double-checking the image.
