Your listing contains content, images, or brand names that belong to another company, or your product design is similar to a patented product.
How to fix it
Respond through the IP Infringement portal in Seller Central. If the claim is wrong, submit a counter-notice with evidence. If valid, remove the infringing content immediately.
How to prevent it
Conduct IP clearance searches before launching any product. Never copy images or content from other listings.
