Hazmat classification was overlooked or the product was listed by someone unfamiliar with FBA hazmat requirements.
How to fix it
Submit a hazmat review through Seller Central. Provide your Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Your product will be classified and appropriate storage/shipping restrictions applied.
How to prevent it
Screen every new product for hazmat classification before creating the listing. Check Amazon's hazardous materials list for your product type.
